All orders are individually processed and hand delivered to our local professional photo lab in Dallas for quality control. Prints are custom printed on professional high quality FujiFilm paper with a high archival rating.

Online Payment Methods:

When placing an order you will be given the option to pay using PayPal's  secure SL connection (https) or by mailing a check or money order to the address given. |

| For security purposes when you pay via PayPal you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided when placing the order with the option to cancel or confirm the order. We will not receive payment or process your order until the order has been confirmed. |

When you pay by check or money order we will hold the order until payment is received. (Note: Orders paid for by check will not be processed or shipped until the check has cleared).

When you place your order please specify in the notes or comments section which prints you would like to receive with the glossy or matte finish.

For pricing and availability of matting and custom framing please email us for a quote. We can custom matte and frame prints at a very reasonable cost.

Order Status:

| When you place an order online you will receive an email confirmation for your order. The email confirmation will have a link for you to check the status of your order by visiting our order status page. If your order has not been processed you may cancel your order from this page. We will also email you a confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped. |

| We ship all orders via USPS Priority, and we will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. |

Changing an Order:

If for any reason you need to change your order just cancel the initial order when you receive your email confirmation and then place your new order.

Shipping:
|
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. There is a flat $8.00 shipping and handling charge for all orders within the US. You should receive your order within 7-14 days.

For international orders please email us with your print request and location for shipping charges.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Please contact us to arrange for a refund or to have an item reprinted. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you purchase a product on-line, we collect only the personal information required to support the purchasing of products, including names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. We do not and we will not share this information with any other parties.
